🔴 Platform & Operations ⚙️
- June marks our sixth full month of operations — the shift from strategy formation to execution is now firmly underway. The Cuatro Urban Living platform is taking shape.
- We continue building out our technological processes, including Alpha Maps. We have posted a walk-through video of the AI-based tool on LinkedIn (Link).
🏗️ Investments & Execution 🏢
- We received new opportunities in June across Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Salamanca, and Valencia (combined value: ~€100M).
- The team was on the ground in London, Madrid, Granada and Seville — touring assets, meeting investors and progressing local partnerships.
- We target off-market opportunities for development/conversion to boutique premium student housing with a flex living component — offices, residential blocks or hotels — of c. 3k sqm in well-connected locations near universities across Spain's leading cities. We aim to build the leading upscale student housing brand in the region.

💰 Investor & Network Engagement ☎️
- We are continuing conversations with potential investors. Feedback on the Cuatro Urban Living strategy has been consistently positive — investors like PBSA, they like Spain, and they want to deploy more capital into the sector.
- Our strategy has also been featured on Green Street — a further signal of the growing interest in boutique premium student housing in Spain (Link).
- We are looking to deploy €100M over the next 18 months. We continue building our investor database and welcome introductions to LPs with appetite for boutique student living in Spain.

- The team is in London 🇬🇧 the first two weeks of July.
- From the week of the 13th of July the team will be in Madrid 🇪🇸.
